If you want something fixed in a timely manner, I suggest you find somewhere else. Nothing, I mean no matter how big of an issue, will be done in an appropriate time manner. While at the same time they will come busting down your door when it’s time to pay rent. Have fun going to the laundry mat when your dryer / washer won’t work. Have fun living with cockroaches because the pest fee you paying doesn’t go to actually hiring pest control. Have fun with higher water bills because they won’t fix ...
leaks. Have fun with the grass being like you live in the jungle because they don’t get someone to mow. Have fun submitting tickets for them to be deleted and never followed up on. So much fun at the Waterford Apartments because they aren’t fixing what you need! I don’t know what they are doing, but it’s not their job.

My girlfriend and I are currently renting a 2 bed 2 bath unit. We were displaced by a tornado in April of 2023 and moved in September of 23. It is infested with bugs and we have yet to see pest control. There is a broken window pane they have not fixed. In November of 2023 a hot water leak in our bathroom happened. We informally them of it and no maintenance was done, even after they were told multiple times. Our electric bill was over $400 and they refused to do anything about it. Our dryer and ...
microwave have been out for months. They refuse to do anything besides take your money. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Was there for a year and a half I think love how quiet it was over there and the staff was nice to me so no complaints there I think the most I every heard outside was kids playing or them cutting grass if you want somewhere peaceful you should check this place out

The Waterford Apartments charge for ridiculous water base structures and such on overall rent bill. The one bedroom apt. does not have enough closets: like a pantry, coat closet, walk-in closet is small. The one bedroom bathroom is in the bedroom only where company has to walk thru your bedroom. It's not worth the price this complex charges for rent and utilities.
