July 31, 2025Es la peor experiencia que e vivido desde el primer día que me pase a vivir a este lugar esta infestado de ratas BAs a q te busquen solución cada semana y siempre disen q están esperando presupuesto ahora me están cobrando una deuda de más de tres mil dólares x aberme salido de ese lugar y aber dejado d vivir y comer con las ratas aparte my hijo pequeño se enfermaba a cada rato de su estómago cada semana me tocaba estar tirando la comida xq todo melo comían y Keria q siguiera viviendo así asta ...cumplir un contrato kien puede vivir así nadie y aclaro nos fuimos y no nos fuimos debiendo ni un dólar y ahora kieren q seamos nosotros no ellos x tds los daños que nos causaron donde tds los días se ponían trampas y eran 5 ratas enla cosina 5 enel baño a diario y aparte kieren q paguemos mas de tres mil dólares y tengo aun mas fotos y videos q comprueban loq digo si esto no es suficienteProperty Manager Responded

Tread with Caution
April 7, 2020I really wanted to like this property, but there were so many things that went wrong and in the end, I was happy to leave. I was told I could only apply by mail, and I didn't know I could have actually applied online. The studio has a nice bathroom and walk-in closet, but the kitchen is practically non-existent. There is a tiny hot plate with no counter space to prepare meals. There is one tiny cabinet for all food/plate storage, and the fridge is in the bedroom space. Then after I moved in, I ...noticed the smoke detector was not hooked up, and the hot plate was not connected. The last straw was the roaches. I saw a few dead ones when I walked in, but quickly released there was a severe infestation! The roaches were crawling out into the open in the middle of the day, with all the lights on, and no food out- this means overcrowding which indicates a bad infestation! All of this on the day I moved in! I packed my belongings and ran. Management should have taken care of the roach problem before moved in, not after! 2 stars instead of 1 because management was really kind and friendly, but I just did not find this place suitable.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 23, 2019This property Has Good hospitality in the office staff Mrs. Gaynell is a very helpful person. Very spacious and upgraded units are available w /washer n dryer connections i was very pleased with the convenience, all Commercial billing makes it easier to Finance and the cable is included. Close to Schools shopping centers and major highways what more could i ask for The prices are very flexible. And they are very pet friendly they have a park for my kids and a pet park.Love it.Review from Apartments.com

Don't move here.
January 27, 2018This place was taken over by B&H and they are ripping us off. We pay gas, water, sewer, electric, cable reimbursement, misc. fees, must have renters insurance., We pay for all wasted utilities from water leaks outside the office to lights left on all week in vacant apts., They call it our share of allocation and make us pay for it., slow maintenance and constantly rent raising.
