About The Waters Center

The Waters Center is a recently remodeled mixed use building in the middle of downtown Grand Rapids. The building contains 44 recently constructed apartments on the 5th and 6th floors of the North Tower. Originally constructed as the largest furniture showroom in the world, the building now contains a 110 room Hilton Homewood Suites Hotel occupying the South Tower, a variety of commercial office tenants on floors 2-4 North, and a mix of retail and office including The Sundance Grill, Websters Market, An Rua Salon and others.
