Originally constructed as the largest furniture showroom in the world, the building now contains a 110 room Hilton Homewood Suites Hotel occupying the South Tower, a variety of commercial office tenants on floors 2-4 North, and a mix of retail and office including The Sundance Grill, Websters Market, An Rua Salon and others.
