    I’ve had a great experience at Waters at McGowin so far. The apartment complex is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff has been especially helpful and responsive anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance. They’re easy to reach and quick to address any concerns, which makes living here a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend the community to anyone looking for an apartment in Mobile.

    My stay here has been great. The staff are helpful. The community is kept clean. The only thing that I would make a remark about would be that electric car drivers need another charger so that more people can charge at a time.

    We recently moved into this apartment community, and overall the experience has been positive so far. The property is well maintained, and the apartment layouts are modern and comfortable. The move-in process was a little tiring, but the staff was helpful and responsive when we had questions. The community feels quiet and safe, and we especially appreciate the amenities and overall atmosphere. Like most apartments, there are a few minor things that could improve, such as quicker maintenance ...
    turnaround times or better parking availability during busy hours, but nothing major so far. Overall, it has been a good experience, and we are excited to settle into our new home.

    The apartments are nice. But compared to the staff, to the staff they are a dump. This is my 5th apartment ever and words cannot describe for above and beyond this staff goes to ensure we are happy and feel at home. Even if the apartments were not nice, I’d still live here just to work with the office staff. Huge plus the apartments are BEAUTIFUL
