    The watts is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. I have had 1 minor issue and it was fixed in 1 day. The inside of these apartments is tire luxury and all of the tenants are super respectful! It’s a fire community here! We have several events that let us meet and greet each other and I have made so many new friends. As someone who loves to walk/run, being connected to Hays Nature Preserve is such an amazing amenity! I would recommend this apartment to everyone I know!!

    I have been living at The Watts for almost a year now. I enjoy the location. It’s away from the city of Huntsville itself, but still close enough of a drive if you want to enjoy the city life. It’s very quiet and they host events each month for the residents to get to know each other.

    I am telling you all now .. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! these are the most terribly built buildings i’ve ever come in contact with. the staff never knows anything and are always rude. the maintenance men are just as rude and un knowledgeable. you can hear a pin drop from upstairs neighbors. it is the WORST!! the elevators are never working and the fire alarms are always going off at all times of night/morning. i’ve never been so unhappy.

    First off like most of these new apartments that have been built recently they are very poor build quality. This can be seen everywhere. The gutters were falling off the sides of the buildings when I first moved in. I have seen that there has been water damage restoration vans on site at least once a month to repair damaged units. There are visible cracks in the foundations and the walls in all the buildings and it’s less than two years old. The management here really is the reason I wrote this ...
