The apartment itself is great but the staff need to be changed out, expect sergio. The pricing is great but the staff have no sense of urgency.

Affordable but if you desired proper communication and comfort ability in knowing you don’t have to get nearly everything fixed in your apartment upon living there, I say go for it. I like this area for convenience due to the shopping plaza but otherwise I’ll be moving once my lease is up.

I have officially been here for nine months and I can honestly say the community is great. I’m moved here in the winter and wondered what the summers would be like when children got out because the community is so family oriented but it’s been nothing out of the ordinary. The apartment is spacious and the leasing office communicates really well. My maintenance requests are always fulfilled in a timely manner and I appreciate that.

The upgrades in the apartments are great. The community is fairly quiet but also kid friendly. The parking is great and communication from the leasing office is good.
