March 10, 2026I just want to recognize how amazing the new property manager has been. Dan, the property manager, and Jerry, the leasing agent, have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They are professional, friendly, and always quick to respond. September 25, 2022Living here is relaxing. The staff is willing to go far and beyond to make sure your needs are met. The buildings are cleaned thoroughly everyday. September 5, 2021This place is the worst building in Stamford. The fire alarms go off once a month at 4am which is lovely. There is never an emergency. Recently our parking garage flooded. Management refused to tell us until it was too late. They aren’t offering help on where to park due to our garage being an actual hazard. This place is just the worst. Do NOT. I repeat. DO NOT RENT HEREReview from Apartments.com
