July 24, 2025I've been living in this apartment community for over 6 months, and overall, it's been a very positive experience. The maintenance team is responsive and usually handles issues within 24–48 hours. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near grocery stores, highways, public transport, etc. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, although some of the appliances could use an upgrade. Parking is generally easy, though guest parking can be limited on weekends. What I ...appreciate most is the management's willingness to communicate and improve based on resident feedback. but nothing major enough to make me reconsider living here. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and community-oriented living environment.Property Manager Responded

February 2, 2025Once my car was towed I no longer feel comfortable or safe here. I had to replace a new tire due to damage done while being towed out of my space in the gated garage. I do not recommend this place. Management blames residents for calling wrecker.Review from Apartments.com

November 25, 2024Great area to live in. Apartment complex has proved, as they have been continuously, remodeling. Maintenance is a little slow for whatever reason! Management has been improving the scenery at the complex. I am going on 16 years at Westbriar Apts and there has been a major improvement!Review from Apartments.com
