Terrible management

Don’t be fooled by the 5-star reviews. A lot of them come from people who just moved in or got a good leasing special.
Wait until it’s time to move out. That’s when you really see how this place is actually managed.
Unfortunately, I had to deal with the Assistant Property Manager for both my transfer request and my move-out, and it was a complete disaster. My transfer emails were ghosted until I kept following up, only to be told the unit had already been leased after I had already submitted ...
the documents they requested. The entire process was handled with zero transparency.
The move-out experience was even worse. Be ready for charges with little to no explanation. If you try to ask questions, don’t expect a response. Emails get ignored, and even showing up at the front office is a waste of time because nothing gets resolved.
The roach problem mentioned in other reviews is an actual problem.
Good luck, and stay away from this place.
