BEWARE
October 10, 2025This building recently flooded and there is significant water damage. The carpets are disgusting in the hallways and the paint peeled off the walls due to flooding. This is not the first time this has happened!! It is not uncommon to see the ceiling actiually "raining" due to plumbing issues. There are constant maitenence issues and there was no rent reduction despite living in disgusting conditions.Review from Apartments.com
Great apartment downtown WPB
April 14, 2018The new management here is great. They’re attentive, friendly, and do an excellent job! Mandy made my move in process so easy and the apartment was super clean. Amenities are top notch unlike anything I have ever seen. If there is a problem, management is quick to fix it. Overall a very nice place to live and close to everything in downtown West Palm Beach.Review from Apartments.com
