The overall experience with the Whittaker has been excellent. The staff has been very friendly and helpful and is always available to answer our questions. Kay was extremely helpful during our initial viewing of the community and he went above and beyond to work with us.

This is a place that is slowly be coming dilapidated. You add to the rents and it doesn't seem like such an attractive place anymore. A place with these rent amounts should be up to date and free of many of the issues I am seeing.

Given what I just wrote above, do you really want me to spread the word about parking security? Again, I love the Whittaker and I love the staff. You just need to get a hold of the issue in the parking garage. And when something does happen like vehicles are stolen, you need to be compassionate and not raise our parking rates and maybe give us a little bit of a break to show that you care and not just say it’s a community problem
