Wouldn't recommend to anyone

When I moved into the willows it was a lot of deceitful promises, the outlet overs next to my kitchen sink were missing ,some came completely out of the wall the vinyl floors were lifting bathtub was peeling and my bathroom vents didn't work later on the problems piled with noisy neighbors and insect problems I am allergic to wasp and their was a nest outside my home and they were getting in my room through the hole in my screen they refused to do anything about it and told me to put a shirt ...
under my window . None of these issues were resolved expect the outlet caps it seems they focus more on appearance than actual up keeping also the breakers in my apartment are weak and half of the apt power has went put and they didn't come to fix it. All of this in very inconvenient for the price I pay to live here and seeing the fact that I also work from home which they are not courteous of . Last but not least they also like to power wash the buildings which resulted my living room doors flooding because the door seals were cut faulty and perfect for critters to welcome themselves in. Also when I request for maintain they procrastinate and complain that there is only one maintenance person and it will take a while but I've waited my whole lease for these things to be fixed. Also they have been through 2 managements within my 12 months here and neither have seemed to get it right . Also there is occasional people going through cars in the parking lot a family members wallet has been stolen and they over crowd buildings their is no parking spots. Additionally the trash system is not great it is filthy trash is left in the parking lot and has rats and raccoons and possums. Not to mention this is supposed to be their "Elite" apartment .

Poor management

Don't let what you see determine your decision. They make the office and the model look perfect but the actual living apartments are sub par. Been here for over a year and have had lots of cockroachs. If you need something fixed they will do the bare minimum. I've had constant issues with the air condition and they still won't fix the problem. Management doesn't care at all either. They ignore emails and don't care about any problems. Yes you can't please everyone and you could have a great ...

Cannot Wait To Leave

Take a drive through this complex and you'll see how much of a dump this place is. Right from the potholes as soon as you get to the front sign, to the rats all the way up the road to the always full dumpsters, I'd say about 90% of the residents are very unhappy. The lawns have not been touched for months and outside of our apartment, they pulled out all of the bushes and never replaced them....it's like a mud bowl at our front door. They allow wrecked and stolen cars to sit next to our cars ...
for months. The community walk down the back of the property is a place for seedy old men to walk and try to pick up hikers. None of the outside of the buildings have been cleaned for over 2 years. You cannot get access to the community building, and the pool is all chained up. The water in the pool is always warm, so there is no chance to cool off in Summer. The interiors of the apartments are shabby and poorly finished. Windows are easy to break into, as they are made of plastic surrounds. There is little light, making the living area unpleasant. When we moved in the TV and internet points could not get a signal and we were told "not our problem". Rooms are small, and the floorcoverings scratch and lift easily. People leave their trash all over the car park and also throw things like cat litter trays and smoke butts off their balconies. The Bark Park is riddled with dog poop and it smells of urine. Residents also leave their dog poop all over the grassed areas. Dog poop trash cans are rarely emptied. There is also a problem of snakes entering walking areas in Spring and Summer.

Do not waste your time

Since I moved in, I had a cockroach infestation, electrical issues, the dryer is not functional, and now I have to deal with an AC unit that is not working! I woke up sweating today because my apartment was 80 degrees! This is unacceptable.
