October 1, 2025Old building, outdated appliances, terrible housekeeping, bad paint job. No storage. Hopefully they can make me more comfortable. But it needs a little work. This is my move in Rate 2 days now. Western if they can make me a little more comfortable then I will Rate again.Property Manager Responded

August 20, 2025It's nice that there aren't so many loud music competitions going on now. It is also nice not to feel vulnerable while walking my dog in the late evening. There are people still hanging out after dark, so I don't feel like I can walk my dog far. We can typically go less than halfway to the trash dumpster.Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2025I would have to say that the management team is great there when I moved into my apartment, 437 the apartment whoever lived there prior to me moving in was nasty appliances are broken. The door is broken. It barely closes. The knob is about to fall off their stains on the carpet the whole entire apartment smells like smoke Their cigarette stains all over the countertops and things. The washer and dryer is broken. There’s roaches water bugs, nuts the place doesn’t look like it has been clean even ...though they said that my apartment was ready and it just needs some serious maintenance done to it. I have put in over 10 maintenance request to get all this stuff fixed. I’m not sure why it’s like that.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 12, 2025Roaches are a problem when it wasn't a problem before. People leave a trash everyone and hanging out and drinking. The loud music is also a problem late at night.Property Manager Responded

June 29, 2025There was a time if the apartment above mine would cause a leak. I would report to maintenance. They would come out look at it and take pictures. Then they would tell me they would be back to fix it. They never came back. Finally the ceiling of one of my restrooms caved in. There was black mold all over the place. Finally they hired a guy to come and fix it. We have new management and they are slowly getting things up to par.Property Manager Responded

June 5, 2025My apartment is full of roaches I don’t like it that’s very nasty. The parking here is always packed never anywhere to park, the stairs are always covered with people can’t even walk into your own apartment comfortably.Property Manager Responded
