My husband and I have been at The Winchester now for almost 2 years and for the most part, it’s been a decent experience, especially for first time apartment people like ourselves. I love how the apartment gives a home-like feel.! The square footage is pretty much that of a home and makes you feel like you’re in a house sometimes and not an apartment. Sometimes I catch myself having such quiet days that I forget we’re in an apartment! We recently toured a home and I thought..”I think our
...apartment is better than this home lol”. I love being just up the road from my fave places such as Starbucks, Publix, Aldi, Beaute Nails, and even both of our parents, which is a definite plus.! Maintenance is nice and attentive and the office ladies are nice as well. They really try to integrate everyone and be an actual community, which is nice and it shows they care.! I love being by the bark park for when we take our dogs out. I also love how I always have a parking space near our apartment and don’t have to walk far. Yes, we’ve had some aching pains here and there, but nothing is perfect.! Only wish I have for the future is for rent to hopefully come down, but we’re blessed and managing!
