May 18, 2026I think this is a great neighborhood to live in and I love the high ceilings and patio of our apartment. I do wish there was a pool or larger gym since there is only one treadmill and one person fits in the room at a time.Review from Apartments.com

May 14, 2026Such a beautiful building with helpful, friendly and responsive staff. During move in, we were given some wrong information and was told to send our mattress to our Fetch address. However, the staff worked with us to make sure we got it.Property Manager Responded

April 19, 2026Everything is great. The hallways are quiet, even though I live by the elevator. The only problem is the loud noise outside my window at night when the crowds are partying in the downstairs bars.Property Manager Responded

March 30, 2026Great location, new units. Elevators are sometimes not very clean but common areas seem to be good otherwise. New units though the floors show dirt and scuff very easily it seems.Review from Apartments.com

Good Spot, Poor Management
July 30, 2025My roommate and I have enjoyed our unit and location. However, getting a hold of management and maintenance to perform routine maintenance has been an absolute nightmare. We’ve had issues outstanding for months, emails have been ignored, and no one has made any semblance of an effort to assist us - it’s nothing short of insulting. Between this and the new bars on Bland street making it extremely loud at night, we are glad to be moving somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

March 20, 2025Love it here!! Everyone is very responsive and willing to assist you in any need!! All my maintenance requests have been solved almost immediately. My move-in was on a Monday holiday but the staff accepted my unusual request and could still get me my keys. Hands down best staff I've ever had regarding move in.Property Manager Responded
