Good Spot, Poor Management
July 30, 2025My roommate and I have enjoyed our unit and location. However, getting a hold of management and maintenance to perform routine maintenance has been an absolute nightmare. We’ve had issues outstanding for months, emails have been ignored, and no one has made any semblance of an effort to assist us - it’s nothing short of insulting. Between this and the new bars on Bland street making it extremely loud at night, we are glad to be moving somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

December 28, 2024The staff is friendly however the cost of living is high per the quality of service. Maintenance requests have taken several months to resolve and the entire building has had extremely low water pressure for months that has not been resolved.Property Manager Responded
