Don’t recommend
September 18, 2025We had our package stolen from right outside the door and it was an expensive item. We told the apartment complex they said there is nothing they can do about it. They said that there was a security guard at night walking around honestly have never seen him also very unsafe if you’re a female renting an apartment on your own, there is a homeless guy right outside my apartment by the stairs and call the apartment to let them know and all they had to say about it is let me see if maintenance is ...here, but I think they’re gone for the day. Don't Even bother
December 23, 2024This place isn't worth it, yah the price might look okay but after you pay the 1000 fees' they don't tell you about, its not. Not to add the crime, mold, trash, rats and more issues I don't even want to waste my breath getting into. Save yourself the hassle. The staff is nice at first but incompetent at fixing any real issues and rude after your sign. Expect to get a large bill on vacating your apartment, they will try and throw as much renovation onto you instead of paying for it themselves as ...wear and tear.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

TERRIBLE!
June 2, 2022If 0 star was an option, I would give it that. Where do I even start? Car window was broken in February and the car was ransacked. Our catalytic converter was sawed off in the parking lot on the same car. Nobody saw or heard anything? Doubt it. Our packages are constantly getting stolen. The office staff is extremely unhelpful and they don't give a single care about the residents who live at the property. We DO NOT feel safe in our own home and actually have to patrol our cars every night because ...the security is trash. Save yourself the headache, do not move here. Its cheap for a reason and you end up paying even more from all the package thefts, car break-ins, and property damages. Cant wait to get out of here. Biggest mistake I've made was to choose The Winsley. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!Property Manager Responded

May 18, 2022I have lived here for four years and the place is great. Friendly helpful staff, fast efficient maintenance. Nice grounds, with a pond and ducks! Spacious apartments and sufficient storage. It is pet friendly and they do community events, sometimes even including the pets. The only con is the parking, but that can be expected at any apartments. Getting a reserved space takes care of a lot of that headache.Property Manager Responded
