My husband and I have lived at The Lodge for over a year now and we absolutely love it! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is always quick to fix any problems. The amenities are always clean and tidy. The location is perfect to get to anything you might need in The Woodlands. We recently renewed our lease for another 18 months, we love it here! Highly recommend!

From the amazing front desk staff to the fast acting maintenance staff- this place felt like home immediately! Love the resort pool and the resident activities. My daughter lives visiting the front office and meeting all the friendly staff and residents :)

I recently moved here and so far I love it. Things I love: gated, island in kitchen, the gym and pool, the trees and squirrels etc.
Another really important part to me was how professional the ladies are in the office. That was the deciding factor for me over all the other places I looked at.

Me and my family can't wait to move in!!! The complex is beautiful & peaceful and the property management/lease associate are even better. HANDS DOWN to Katie for being so GREAT and UNDERSTANDING during all the process. She is definitely the definition of outstanding customer service going above and beyond. I have a friend who lived here for a few years. I come over to visit frequently and was considering moving. It used to be the place was spotless. Now there's trash everywhere. It looks like someone is collecting discarded plants in front of one person's garage. And the pool is now turning an odd shade of green. There used to be a fountain in it, but now there's just green unmoving water. The flower pots around the place look like they are frequently raid them. There are newer cleaner places ...

The Lodge is a beautiful, safe place to live. This is my husband and I's first apartment and we are happy here.
Pros: VERY safe (gated)
Clean
Great amenities (pool, grills, gym, tanning, garbage valet)
Pet friendly
Friendly/helpful staff
Great area!
Cons: small space for slightly expensive rent
Not a lot of storage in apartments (one closet inside)
A/C is slightly loud inside of apt
Absolutely recommend The Woodlands Lodge apartment complex!

-noise: one site of the apartments is located next to the Randals, lots of noise from tracks over there every morning. The Randals AC units noise is quite loud.
-trash service is not up to the claimed quality. Sometimes trash remains outside of the front door being removed for 3 straight days.
-Apartments advertized as non-smoking but smoking allowed in the pool area. People in the pool area smoke while kids present nearby. I have to ask smokers to stop - some do stop, but some argue it's ...
