Fantastic
March 4, 2025My wife and I were tenants at the woods 55+ apartments. The manager is a very nice and helpful managers I haven’t explored ever dealt with. She went out of her “ Pattie” way to help with many different problems. The apartments are new and well furnished with the major appliances and a balcony to enjoy and mostly the other tenants are friendly and do many this together in the community room. January 23, 2025Just signed my second lease here, so if you are 55+ and looking for an apartment, be sure to visit The Woods. The property is well managed and well maintained. It is quiet and secure. It is conveniently located across from a large park. There is a very nice community room for events such as pot lucks, birthday parties, bingo and other activities. My favorite place to live
January 23, 2025I've been at the Woods going on 2 years and I love it here! First off the Manager here is awesome! Easy to talk to and if you need something she makes sure it gets done! I have made so many friends here, everyone I've met are so friendly. We have community events of all kinds, I get involved in everything, I enjoy spending time getting to know the community. I love my Apartment it's spacious with an an open floor plan with lots of storage space for all your kitchen stuff. Same with the ...bathroom it's large with enough space for all your bathroom needs. My Bedroom is perfect with a walk in Closet which I love. I love being able to take my dog for a walk around the Community and theirs a large park directly across the street if you want to take a walk in the park. May 16, 2023We were looking for a place for my parents to live, and came upon The Woods. Clean, newer community senior based with floor plans that are nice and most are with a scenic view. Location is minutes away from Downtown Riverside, Riverside Plaza, and the building sits right across the street from Rubidoux Mountain. March 30, 2023Please ensure you request a final walk though prior to moving out of this apartment, so you will not be surprised with the charges against your deposit.
