I have lived at 4th Street for several years. When I first moved here the apartment complex was so nice, quiet, and clean. We have had several changes of management, and with every new manager, was new drama. Maintenance work orders take FOREVER to be repaired. The gates haven't worked in years. Management allows any and everyone to move in so the neighborhood has gone down. People throw trash all over the parking lot, especially over the weekend. I won't let my kids play outside, and I am ready ...

to move when my lease is up!! The only thing good about the apartment complex is that it is minutes from downtown.

When i got this place i had just moved from Seattle.Not knowing where to go this apartment gave me an chance to get on my feet and be somebody again.Now iv been here for six years.
