This is one of the best apartments around. I can see how hard they have worked over the past couple years to bring things up to date. The property is looking good. It is really turned into a beautiful place. You don't have to take anyone's word for it just stop by. The best thing is they still are not done. They keep adding thing all the time.

It’s a decent place to live but the laundry room is in horrible condition and the dryers half work. Also the repairs in the apartment are cheap the closet doors broke a good 5 times within 6 months. Mail boxes were broken and hanging open for months and mail wasn’t being delivered. Hallways always stink and the kitchen smells weird no matter how clean the apartment is. Stray cats everywhere along the back of the buildings. They don’t clean and sanitize the hallways often enough but rent is cheap ...
so you get what you pay for.

Pretty soundproof apartments, maintenance is pretty fast. If you don't like the smell of weed, stay far away. The hallways are constantly stinking of it and it permeates into the rooms. Electric will go WAY up in the winter. Really good price for how much space you get, and right in the middle of everything in NE Ohio. Overall, ups and downs.
