Noisy Neighbors
August 21, 2021Do not live here! Neighbors are noisy and play music at all times of the night. Save your money and go somewhere else. The walls are super thin. If you hate hearing neighbors, trust me this is not the place for you.Property Manager Responded

February 23, 2019This place is absolutely horrible, they are noisy, rude, landscapers don’t care about your property or vehicles, place is crawling in bugs, police and neighbors always being loud. Office personnel especially Monica is rude and obnoxious. They don’t really have many amenities for kids and residents. I’d definitely steer clear of this place!!!Review from Apartments.com

Apartmetn has big kitchen, dining room, and living room. Have never had a bigger bedroom with walkin closet. Great place to live.
September 8, 2016After moving into Woodwinds I was a little worried because the apartments are so affordable I wasn't sure what I would get. I've been really surprised. The property is taken care of real good, the apartments are great for what you pay, and the staff is very nice and helpful. When my cousins come over to visit their kids play with the local kids in the apartment center, which makes it easy to keep our eyes on them. The pool is great to and it is right by the Swamp Rabbit Trail where you can take ...your kids to ride bikes or just exercise. August 14, 2015Landscaping is horrible. Bushes desperately need trimmed back. No flowers anywhere. The bedroom window is so thin I had to tape cardboard to it because it made the room hot.
