Complaint Regarding Apartment Transfer Delays and Lack of Assistance
June 1, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comFor an extended period, I have repeatedly contacted the office staff about transferring units. Unfortunately, each time I inquire, I am met with a different excuse, delay, or reason why the transfer cannot move forward. Rather than receiving clear information or assistance, I feel that my concerns are being avoided and my requests are not being handled fairly or professionally. The lack of communication and consistency from the office staff has been frustrating and has made it extremely ...difficult to understand the actual status of my transfer request. As a resident, I expect honest communication, timely responses, and equal treatment when seeking assistance with housing matters. I respectfully request a written explanation regarding the status of my transfer request, any specific requirements that remain outstanding, and a realistic timeline for resolution. I also ask that management review how tenant transfer requests are being handled to ensure residents receive accurate information and professional service.Read More

The apartment is clean, spacious, and equipped with high-end appliances. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the entire building is always spotless. The sense of community here is great, and I’m so happy with my decision to move in!!! Talia was my leasing agent, i definately recommend her!! She was awesome :)

June 18, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comWhen i first moved in, my cell if fan was broke, my dishwasher wasn’t fully connected and working and my air conditioner wasn’t working properly. The front people are sweet depending on who your talking to. Maintenance come when they feel like it. I don’t recommend even for people who just moved out of their parents house.
