When faced with a small leak in the kitchen, I reported it thru the residential portal. Daniel responded the following day, and made sure to take care of the problem. After living here for several years, the maintenance and office staff take care of all problems, and go out of their way to get to know the tenants. I appreciate Daniel and his dedication to taking care of all problems.

Had a couple of maintenance issues pop up. Put the work order in, non-emergency, and someone was here to take care of it in a day or so. Extremely courteous staff, knowledgeable, gets the job done. I've lived here for approximately 8 months, and I've been extremely happy with how much the staff, (both office and maintenance) work with the tenants, how well the grounds are maintained, the whole experience has been great. Highly recommend.

As always Dan always does excellent job with any work order. Very friendly and timely. He fixed the ac unit. He always remembers to put foot coverings whenever he comes. We appreciate it very much having young kids. We enjoy living here because of how the staff take care of the residents and their issues.

Living at Thirty43 by the Greene has its perks. I live in the apartments facing County Line Rd where all the construction is so its harder to get out and in but other than that the amenity's are a big plus. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who asked :)

I got stuck in a sticky situation with moving out of the dorms due to time in service and rank and this was my first time finding an apartment and living on my own. I came in open minded scared and nervous but all that left when I sat down and talked to the front office. They helped me with everything and getting settled all the way with paperwork so that when I officially move in I will be all set. This was the greatest experience ever and makes me excited and less stress to join this community ...
and be able to go to the front office if there is any issues that pop up.

I have to brag on this apartment complex. It is awesome. From the top notch apartment manager to the maintenance staff - they are just top notch! The 2 bedrooms townhomes look like condos. Very updated and very well maintained!!!
I moved in, in February and this place has done nothing but impress me. It's quiet, clean and the landscaping is amazing. The grounds are ALWAYS kept up and even the ciggarette butts in the parking lot, are picked up and disposed of. They are friendly, courtious ...
and really go out of their way to make you feel right at home.
I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home.
Just to add, they opened the pool up a few days earlier for the residence to enjoy before Memorial Day weekend, since the weather was not going to be nice during the holiday weekend. When I requested maintenance, they were here the next day - I have never had that top notch of service before.
If your looking, give them a call or better yet - take a visit - you will not regret it.
