I am moving out after 4 years because the quality and service at Avalon 4121 has declined drastically. Management refuses to enforce community policies and tenants are disrespectful of their neighbors with regard to noise, smoke and trash. Even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking building, secondhand smoke travels through the vents from residents who smoke in their units.
