I haven't come across any loud noises while my roommates and I have been here now for a few months. The trash location is not that great but that's just because people throw anything in there. The gates stay operational except due to weather or someone smashing into them. I did have a fear of our cars being broken into. Unfortunately that was the case here. I’ve loved these apartments for years. They clean up trash around the complex regularly so it stays clean. They pressure wash the buildings and keep up with landscaping. The lighting around the complex makes me feel safe as well. It’s absolutely beautiful just like the pictures they advertise. I love the location. They opened a publix right down the road which is so convenient. Anytime I’ve had any issues, staff is so personable and really act like they care. Also, any maintenance issue is SO ...

The person who commented about the noise is 100% correct! The noise in this place is RIDICULOUS, and there is nothing you can do about it. You can complain, call the police, etc. but nothing happens! With the price it costs to live here, one would expect at least some type of peace and quiet. The place looks amazing, but the noise just isn't worth it!

The apartments are nice, especially the wood floors. You can hear your neighbors, especially in the bathrooms and through the ceiling. There is no dog park despite the fact that they've had it advertised for a few years. The pool entrance gates don't always work. The washers have mildew. There are a few residents with dogs that they keep on their patios, so you get barked at constantly (and scared to death).
