I recommend!
November 28, 2020I lived at Thomasville for six years and it was a great place to call home! Loved all the amenities like full size gym, theatre, and a pool that has bar service. Most importantly, the office staff is AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and quick to help you with whatever you need. My maintenance requests were always responded to promptly and the grounds were always well kept. Could not recommend enough. Thanks for everything, Thomasville!Property Manager Responded

Cheap rent not worth it
April 29, 2020The recently renovated units will look nice but don't let it fool you. The building is still extremely old and you will notice. The walls are paper thin and the attics creak so loud that they wake you up in the middle of the night. We submitted multiple maintenance requests to have someone look in the attic. We waited over three months for someone to come look. After they did, they told us "there is nothing we can do, the buildings are old."Review from Apartments.com
Best Place to Live in Omaha
March 6, 2020You will not find a better apartment community in Omaha to call home in. The units are updated, modern and spacious, the property includes every amenity you could possible need and want year round. To top it off the staff is the absolute best, professional, prompt with service / maintenance request, courteous, personable, friendly and welcoming. April 13, 2016I love Thomasville! We moved in back in October and it has been great, we have had no issues. The amenities are awesome and the office staff are always so polite and welcoming. September 23, 2015This apartment complex has night security guards and secure entries into the individual buildings. The office staff are professional and friendly, with the emergency maintenance staff also being terrific! - they arrive at your apartment in less than an hour after reporting a broken freezer. I moved out of state for a few years, after living at Thomasville for 4 years; then after returning to Omaha there was no question as to where I would live - Thomasville! July 31, 2015Nice apartment complex with great amenities and a hardworking staff. Large workout area and two pools that are well kept. Located only 15 minutes from downtown Omaha. Located next to a golf course which provides great views. If you are against cigarette smoking this place is not for you.
