January 31, 2024I have lived here for 3 years and personally I’ve never had an issue living here but I’ve seen some things go down. What seems like constantly changing leasing staff and more recently informing residents 2 days before went is due that the residents portal will not being working therefore inconveniencing the entire complex. I understand that sometimes things happen but that mixed with increased leasing prices, increasing noise and disturbances within the complex themselves when there is no ...improvements being made to units or the property is in my opinion ridiculous. I have enjoyed my time at Thornberry however I believe I will not be renewing when my lease is up due to all reasons above.Property Manager Responded

February 1, 2024I really enjoyed my stay at Thornberry Apartments as my first place. Maintenance was truly amazing (shout out to Robert)! The office was always helpful and nice. January 10, 2024I enjoy living in the community. I just have had issues with packages being stolen. Wish they had a package center in the office as opposed to things being left at our door. I’ve had two packages stolen along with some neighbors.Property Manager Responded
