Location amazing, management difficult

I love the location of these apartments and they are definitely spacious. Maintenance is awesome. But I don't recommend these apartments given my personal experience. The walls are very thin and our neighbors are incredibly loud, and mean. And management has done nothing about it. Since the new management company took over, they've increased rent and parking prices, are now charging for certain utilities, they got rid of all guest parking, and have refused to fix a broken treadmill in our gym for ...
over a year. My experiences with them have not been recommendable.

My First time!

This is the first apartment that Ive ever had. I moved from moms house to this apt and it was a great choice! The building layout is nice, and they are currently upgrading a lot of things around here. Newer gyms in every building, inside and outside lounge areas with pool tables. Roof top deck for you and your family to have cookouts on, while checking out the skyline. Covered and uncovered parking lot. The maintenance is on point, if something is wrong just make a call to the front desk, and ...
they are on their way. For the animal lovers this place has its own mini dog park for you and your dog to play. The area that these apts are located in are close to everything! No car needed you can walk to downtown, the grocery store, any of the ball games that are playing, the bars and restaurants that are very close by. Now you cant pick who your neighbors are so good luck with that but other than that come check it out, this place is awesome!
