A great place to grow up
June 15, 2021I lived in these apartments for the first 15 years of my life. The staff knew me and were always friendly. The apartments are kept up with and kept clean. The pool was redone and is salt water and beautiful. There is a park right next door in a neighborhood great for families and people who want a peaceful living experience.Review from Apartments.com
Happy renters
January 10, 2020By far the best place we’ve ever rented. We have lived here for three years. The staff is all very friendly. The property is very well-maintained and clean. The maintenance staff is always very punctual and all repairs. The apartments are very spacious and have a storage space. The complex is built on a beautiful park like setting. There is a park within walking distance with two ponds and beautiful walking trails. We plan on living here for many years. The only bad thing is that your rent goes ...up each year. TERRIBLE
July 26, 2019This is the WORST place I've ever lived. People stealing packages, management is unreachable and hard to work with. The phone doesn't even direct you to the main office anymore...they send you to the Michigan office to deal with your problems. a JOKE! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Air conditioner ! Emergency problem
June 11, 2016I live here, my air conditioner is not working and its an emergency I call them on today (saturday) as it stop working, its 98 degrees outside and we are getting dehydrated here, I call them on emergency line somebody picked up I explain the situation the person was rude, she took the message and tell me that somebody will call on monday !! Like really this is ridiculous, hope they understand and took stand against this unless I will call the lawyer and do the case against them.Review from Apartments.com

September 16, 2015Three Meadows apartments are the perfect location and gives easy access to all the major roads. The apartment buildings may be older but have been updated with new windows and patio doors, new hallway carpet, and even a new pool. The landscaping and grounds are always in perfect shape and the place always looks clean and kept up. These are by far one of the best options for affordable apartment living in Perrysburg and are a great deal for this area.Review from Apartments.com
