Great landlord
August 24, 2015Winding Valley Villa Apartments are very well taken care of. Our landlord Tim Stott is awesome and understanding. I love the fact that if there is a maintenance issue he has someone right on it. He keeps the property landscaped and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. There are very rarely any disturbances. Our landlord also has a cleaning crew that comes in every Friday to clean the hallways and laundry rooms. The secure doors give me a sense of protection for my family.
