August 21, 2023DO NOT MOVE HERE..there have been several incidents that occurred on this property. No, management does not have control over it, however, they are refusing to put in cameras, hallway gates, or any type of equipment to ensure the resident’s safety. Bullets are flying while children are outside playing, broad day light (no email was sent to residents). Over 6 vehicles have been STOLEN from this property in the month of august (during the day). They will not inform any residents about these ...occurrences because they’re more concerned about occupancy rates. The safety and security of residents is NOT IMPORTANT. She was very knowledgeable on the various units and answered all of our questions, she was our first tour in a day full of apartment tours we'd schedule and Metro City was by far our favorite community but it was also our best experience with a leasing agent or community manager.
