October 16, 2023Tiburon apartments are nice and clean apartments. They are very old with some foundation issues, but the size of the unit is huge for the price. Parking is very good. It’s very quiet at night and during the day in some areas of the neighborhood. The trash dumpster areas are kept clean. The trees have acorns falling everywhere, but they are swept up each week. They dried out the closet, had the carpet padding replaced, carpet professionally cleaned, tore out all the dry wall and redid it. We really appreciate how they handled it! Maintenance is good about fixing issues quickly! Only thing, refill the bags at all the dog bag stations please!!Property Manager Responded

July 24, 2023Tiburon is a great place to live for me. I enjoy the location of where it’s at (nearby gas stations, grocery stores, and entertainment). Everyone I have met in the community are nice friendly people. Management also does well with their job and always responds in a quick and timely manner. If there’s any issues they make sure to communicate to everyone about the issue and gives updates as well.Property Manager Responded
