Ongoing Auto Theft and Vandalism on the Property

Tiburon Apartments has been a hotbed for ongoing auto theft and vandalism because of the lack of preventive/reactive security measures put in place by the Property Owners and Property Management to at the least try to minimize the ongoing occurrences of auto theft on the property. Residents are being targeted and not feeling safe at all, the entrance gates are always broken, safety patrol for this property is non-existent, and this property continues to show that the residents' best interest and ...

This is my first time choosing an apartment community and I'm happy with my decision. It's quiet, people mostly keep to themselves but are friendly when passing by. I love that it's a dog friendly community, I've made a few friends through our dogs meeting. Community Life events happen monthly and are a great way to meet your neighbors and get free food! Worst living decision of my life.. cars got broken into. Gate is never fixed. The staff are incompetent and do not care about the people living here... never can get a call back from them and when you try to go see them in person they say they are not there even tho you can see them in the office.. I would never recommend anyone to live here

The staff is so rude, apartments are not so good they have bugs in like a ants, they charged us 200 dollars... They said that your apartment need some treatment wow they will charge you for fake reasons.

I really enjoy these apartments. They're quiet, calm, and I've never had an issue with anything. The maintenance guys are fast, pool is very nice, and the manager cares about existing residents, and the grounds are kept up regularly.
I highly recommend these apartments.

I lived at tiburon apartments for about 3 years and this place is the best apartment complex I have ever lived.the office staff and maintenance staff are great!place is always clean and quiet.i recommend this place to everyone I know.
