May 21, 2022Tiburon Apartments has been a hotbed for ongoing auto theft and vandalism because of the lack of preventive/reactive security measures put in place by the Property Owners and Property Management to at the least try to minimize the ongoing occurrences of auto theft on the property. Residents are being targeted and not feeling safe at all, the entrance gates are always broken, safety patrol for this property is non-existent, and this property continues to show that the residents' best interest and ...safety are not being prioritized. Glad I Moved Here
June 24, 2021This is my first time choosing an apartment community and I'm happy with my decision. It's quiet, people mostly keep to themselves but are friendly when passing by. I love that it's a dog friendly community, I've made a few friends through our dogs meeting. Community Life events happen monthly and are a great way to meet your neighbors and get free food! The couple that puts them together are so nice and friendly. Really enjoy the Food Truck Friday's. Maintenance workers are polite and take care ...of issues quickly. Don't ever live here
November 2, 2016Worst living decision of my life.. cars got broken into. Gate is never fixed. The staff are incompetent and do not care about the people living here... never can get a call back from them and when you try to go see them in person they say they are not there even tho you can see them in the office..
