They switched management companies and it’s not been a pleasant experience. The place is tiny, but well laid out for the size. They seriously need to stop jacking up the rent every year. The previous manager did not make you jump through hoops for repairs. The new manager is condescending and fake nice. Pluses: there’s a decent gym, but many of the bikes in there don’t work. It’s generally pretty quiet and well lit at night. Not a gated community, but the lighting helps with feeling a bit safer.
