If there was a zero I would put a zero. This place is HORRIBLE. They have excuses up the wazoo when you need something but when they want something they are on you like hound dogs. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I am SAVING YOU IF YOU LISTEN. extra money somewhere else will DEFINETLY be worth it. Moved here because convenient for my situation but totally REGRET it. They treated my family with discrimination and were just plain rude.

Excuses after excuses from people unwilling to assist when your employees make mistakes. It took over two months and consistent incompetence to finally get someone from maintenance to finish repairing the bathroom and mold in closet after pipe broke in plumbing wall. Today I am being gassed out because someone decides to refinish counter tops in adjacent apartment without properly venting, was informed I should open windows and suffer. When will someone do something about the mismanagement ...

The area is beautiful. I love the layout of the apartment. Open kitchen and nice flooring. But its not a place I like to have my child in. My car was broken into and money was stolen. The neighbors have alone been broken into multiple times. And walls are paper thin. I hear the neighbors scream and argue more times than I care to admit. Due to domestic issues cops have been here too often. The complex is dirty. The pool area and laundry room are not kept up. And something is always broken. Worst ...
of all, the other complex next to and is an extension of ours is always kept up for viewing so people don't really see how bad it is till they move in.
