WAS a good place to rent...
February 24, 2025Problem is the owners painted the buildings ugly colors, tore out majority of the shade trees, never pick up the dog poop, raise the rent every year, try to trap you with lease termination fines, you end up having to buy your way out even if you leave after your lease is up. Manager is very rude and loses his cool on renters publicly. Only half the time do they respond to work orders. It became filthier over time as they never clean properly.Review from Apartments.com
Leasing office nightmare
January 5, 2023Oh my gosh is this place terrible! I don’t even live here, but the leasing office is awful. I made an appointment on their website directly for a tour on a Saturday. If the office is closed on the weekends, why let me make an appointment for Saturday? We showed up after driving 25 minutes from our current residence to find doors locked. To say we were upset is an understatement. I messaged them through Apartments.com and through their direct website close to a week ago and have heard nothing ...back. Extremely disappointed. Don’t rent here
December 24, 2020I loved this place when Jesse was the manager. She was always so helpful and gave us a heads up when we needed to do or change things. Now the manager that’s here is so very disrespectful every time we call with questions and he does not give us a heads up with things. He had my roommates car towed 2 days before Christmas. He just said she had to move it around and it will be fine. She is a stay at home teacher so she has not been driving anywhere during this pandemic. I also paid rent early a ...few months back and was charged double. Of course they gave me a refund but I asked the manager what can I do to avoid getting double charged he says “I don’t know, don’t pay rent early”.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don't rent here, Management doesn't care for you
December 24, 2020DO NOT RENT HERE! I am a teacher teaching from home and I haven't had to drive my car. It was towed, I spoke with the office about it but he signed off on the car. This all happened during this pandemic. 2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS>If you are renting these are just money hungry people that don't care about their residence. Very Quiet... Too Quiet
July 25, 2015This apartment is great! There is a workout room, a pool and spa, and it is gated. The apartments themselves have a great layout. The rooms are not bunched together so everyone has their privacy. The complex is clean and everyone is very nice.
