Gas heaters don’t actually heat anything up and will waste your money, so get ready to invest in a space heater. The laundry facilities are limited and often break down. You can hear people next to you and above you almost all the time. People live and hang out on the streets in front of the building. The streetcar is super convenient and it’s a quick walk to PSU campus. Clay is busy street in peak traffic hours. Safeway and plaid pantry are really close. Rent prices are good.
