Area not safe
July 28, 2024You should check out Tiffany Lakes Apartments. The community has reported multiple issues with theft and break-ins and the office staff refuses to do anything to address it. North East side of the city. At least 25 reports of cars broken into over the last 6 months. Area is plagued with roaming gangs of thieves and the complex is unwilling to do anything to address it.Review from Apartments.com
A nice place to live
July 16, 2024the property is nice overall. We have a 1br/1ba 2nd floor apartment. We have a balcony which is nice, and the inside is clean and looks nice. Have not had problems with bugs. The appliances and carpets were replaced before we moved in. It does feel a bit cramped with 2 adults and 2 cats, partially because the stairs are on the inside and there is little storage space. We are renting a storage unit down the road because of this. It can get a bit drafty in the winter in the main room, the front ...door and windows aren't insulated super well. In the summer make sure to keep your air on, once it gets hot it takes a very long time to cool back down. My main complaint is that basically nothing is included, we have to pay all utilities, internet, had to buy a washer and dryer, plus the fees. For a small apartment with little space I had hoped some things would be included. Overall the property looks and feels nice, is pretty quiet too, can't hear neighbors and its off the main road. The pool area and mailboxes are nice and a short walk. They have a little fenced-in area for dogs in the back. There are also stray cats that live in the wooded area, the complex isn’t doing anything about that but I wouldn’t expect them to, I’ve been TNR’ing (Trap/Neuter/Release) the ones I can catch. The property manager Brandi is nice, and our regular maintenance guy is VERY nice and helpful. we've seen some raccoons around the property but have not had any issues with them. One time one crawled up on our porch to eat our birdseed, but when we brought the birdseed inside we haven't seen it again. Its close to a lot of things in northern Columbus but outside the city a bit so its the best of both worlds, and I love downtown Westerville. Multiple grocery stores/resturants very close, and 10-15 mins from Polaris and Easton. Also close to the airport, ubering to and from is not expensive at all. If you're willing to pay a bit more for the larger apartments you might be a bit more comfortable space-wise.Property Manager Responded

Raccoons. ALL THE TIME.
April 22, 2023Tiffany Lakes allows raccoons to live in the attics of their units. It happens every spring and summer and they don't do anything to prevent it.Property Manager Responded

Worst community and maintenance ever
November 10, 2022Worst community and maintenance ever, I am a current resident, On "9/19/2022" I created a maintenance request because our cooling system is not working at all, I can see a maintenance ticket was closed without fixing the issue and our air conditioning is not working yet, I called many times in leasing office and every-time they just give false promise to send maintenance guy to fix the issue but no one came till now, this is serious as in afternoon temperature inside apartment goes more than ...80-85 and remains Hot till night and they don't care at all.Property Manager Responded
