We have affordable 1-bedroom and studio apartments that are conveniently close to the Eastwood Mall and all of the other retail and commercial and dining locations in Niles, OH. Timber Creek is also close to Youngstown State University and the city of Youngstown. We have renovated many of our units with new flooring and bathroom and kitchen appliances. Leaks-Poor Management-Mold-Mice
-Pool and gym have been closed and they do not plan to open them any time soon
-Lobby doors have been broken for years! Anybody can come in and out of the building
-People will steal your packages
-No cameras or security whatsoever
-Ceiling on lobby from 1225 building has been leaking before covid and management is aware
-Halls smell like nothing but weed and sh*t. People will offer you to buy drugs in the hallways!

If you like crackheads sleeping in the stairwells, filthy buildings, and no security doors this is the place for you. It gets worse over time. The crackheads knock on doors at different times of the night, they leave trash all in the halls including their substances. The doors don’t lock or are always propped open. There’s no type of security in the building, people just wander around. And don’t get me started on the unprofessional property manager and her staff — they tell nothing but lies. ...
Definitely overpriced for the lack of security, cleanliness and other issues. Save your money and pass this one up

ive Been living here since October of 2018. For starters my air conditioning has been out since the beginning of May. Living in a basement apartment and having the air conditioner not working has made my carpets damp and mold is starting to form up my walls and into the carpet..it’s now August and not only is my air conditioning still out but my sink is leaking, my bathtub is leaking, and now my ceiling as well!! I’ve called nonstop since the beginning of the summer and I’m still on a waiting ...

I just left this place and i thank god.To say this property is a dump is putting a positive spin on thing's.I don't know where to begin...The management is incompetent,to say the least,they lie about anything and everything.The maintenance is terrible! You call the office to put in a work request and then no one ever show's up..Unless your friend's with the maintenance guy,who spend's his time socializing with the people that spend all day loitering in the parking lot..another big problem.Noise ...
is another problem,morning,noon and night.There is no security of any kind,even the (security) door's in some of the building's are broken,and have been for month's..It doesn't really matter anyway since they allow the side door's to be propped open 24/7.Drug use and sales are rampant at Timber Creek as well.There have been numerous od's here this year alone...with nothing done about it i might add.Oh,and i don't want to forget about the Bed Bug infestation in sme building's here.And finally,they charge way to much for a place as bad as Timber Creek...

I don't even know where to begin. The apartments are always gross looking. The pool just opened on the 10th of august and closes the 4th of September. My air conditioner leaked they came in about 6-7 times and couldn't fix the problem. My tub chips paint to where you can't take a bath.

This place is NOT the place you want to live. Maintenance nor the manager does their job. The place is filthy! It takes them forever to fix any problems that you might have. This could be a great place to love if someone just cared to put a little extra in it. We pay our rent every month, on time. We will be moving when our lease is up!

I have lived here for quite awhile and this property has not been taken care of properly in years! My building is filthy,the carpet on all three floors is very dirty and covered in stains.The front door,which is supposed to be a security door,does not close.The laundry room is also filthy,and the washing machines are currently not working due to a pipe bursting over them!! The parking lot is full of holes that you have to dodge when coming and going.I am actually amazed that any one would want to ...

I have lived here for 5 months and can't wait for my lease to be up. The management is nice but don't really like to keep up on things. They owed me $200 and I waited to months to receive it, when it should have been here in 2 weeks. Also, maintenance requests are a joke. The paint in my bathtub was peeling, the kitchen cupboard can off the hinges, and the nails in the kicker floor kept coming up and putting holes in the linoleum, it took about 5 weeks to get them in here to fix it, and it was ...
not done very well. The pool is closed 70% of the time because it does not filter properly. The weight room machines don't work most of the time. I do not recommend this complex.
