DO NOT MOVE YOUR COLLEGE STUDENT HERE!!!!
June 15, 2017I lived at Timber Creek AKA "The Zoo" for over a year and it was a complete nightmare. I was moved in with an ex-convict and a 40 year old man with schizophrenia and a chihuahua. The dog barked every night at 2am and one of the roommates would let homeless people spend the night in the living room. If you have a college kid or are of college age, DON'T LIVE HERE.Review from Apartments.com

September 17, 2015I recently moved into Timber Creek and I was so excited to move in! Timber Creek is all and more, if it's hot and you want to take a swim or if socks are all you have that's clean, you can do quick laundry or if you want to just relax on your patio and enjoy Chico. Experience of a lifetime
September 16, 2015This is currently my second year living at timber creek and I love it! The apartments are a good size for college students transitioning from home or dorm life. Sometimes there are problems because the apartments are so old but the staff here does an excellent job helping is out with any complications. There is a pool and spa that my roommates and I absolutely love going too. They also provide computers and a study room for college students which I think is fantastic. Nice Apartment But Could Be Bigger
September 15, 2015Overall I do like my apartment, my room is a good size with a good amount of closet space, the ability to fit a full sized bed with a good sized desk and dresser comfortably and still have room left over. The living room area can fit quite a bit as well. The kitchen however is a bit tight considering these apartments are meant to house four people. There really isn't enough cabinet space, especially if you have roommates that like to cook a lot. The refrigerator is pretty small as well, our ...food is very packed in, but we make it work. The apartment also has two bathrooms that are reasonably sized, one is bigger than the other but unless you need a lot of bathroom space they are just fine. Some really awesome things about living in the complex here is that it is walking distance to CSU, Chico, it has a good sized pool and a small workout room with some equipment. One last thing about living in these apartments is that they can be noisy due to all the partying going on around and inside the apartments as well as from the train that goes by, so if you can sleep with a lot of noise around, you should be fine. If you want a less noisy apartment I would suggest getting a place on the outside of the complex, but if you want to be around the party scene, you should get a place inside the complex and by the pool area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 15, 2015Timber Creek is an excellent place to live. I have lived here for a little over a month and am really enjoying all of the great resources Timber Creek has to offer. There is a nice pool in the activity center along with pool and a full laundry mat. It's also only a 5 minute drive to Chico State if you are looking to attend a university. September 15, 2015I love living at Timber Creek Apartments. The people in the leasing office are always willing to help you with whatever problems you may have. Maintenance keeps the place clean and in good shape. Work orders get attended to in a timely matter and they check in to make sure everything is working great. Also, they have a ton of activities to get people involved and excited to live at their apartments, such as, the volley ball tournament, pie eating contest, Pimp-Your-Patio and Muffin Monday's.Review from Apartments.com

Not only is management well accommodating to new residents, but they are proactive in maintenance, and security. My home away from home
September 11, 2015Hi, my name is Cassi and I am currently a 4th year student athlete attending Chico state. Three of my four years living in Chico have been spent with Timber Creek, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Throughout the time I have been living in Timber Creek it has evolved into more then just an apartment for me, it has become my home. The living space within my apartment is perfect, the staff that run the grounds are comforting, and with their efforts I truly feel like I am apart of the Timber ...Creek community. Whether it be the volleyball tournaments, free breakfast Friday's, or just the well upkeep of the complex in general, Timber Creek has yet to disappoint me. Regardless of the atmosphere you are looking for, you will get what you are looking for here. Like I said earlier, I wouldn't have had my experience at this place any different.
