Nice decent apartments

I’ve lived in Timber Glen going on 5 years.....
July 22, 2018.......in that time I have had my share of maintence issues, like everyone else. The crew responds within 24 hours, and my problems are solved quickly. I can not praise them enough! Timber Glen is located close to grocery and general merchandise stores, and restaurants (many, many restaurants ?). While convenient to these delights, Timber Glen offers nothing for the children in the community to burn off their excess energy. (I.e. play ground, or a swimming pool) As a result, if you happen to ...live below a family with children, there could be excessive noise.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Decent place but watch out for extra fees.
June 11, 2018The grounds are nice and the apartments aren't bad though they're not very quiet (especially if you have someone above you). Be careful with their late fees. They will tell you that "after the 5th" of every month your rent is late and subject to a $50 fee. If you drop a check in the dropbox ON the 5th they will still charge you; if you pay online even a couple of days earlier they will still charge you. I saved records of multiple instances where I paid on or prior to the 5th of the month, the ...money was taken out of my account the same day (or it was cashed the same day and the money taken out within the next couple of days), and then Timber Glen charged me a late fee because they didn't see it in their account. A previous manager would fix them right away if I showed it but a recent manager told me that their hands were tied. And yes they WILL report you to collections if you don't pay those illegitimate late fees.Property Manager Responded
June 14, 2018I'm sorry that you weren't happy with some things here at Timber Glen. Without knowing who this is I can't speak to your exact situation, but our system does automatically charge late fees if a resident pays late. This is standard for most apartment communities and I would be happy to look into the payment times for you. As these services are mostly automated, it is rare that we charge late fees that are not justified, especially on the consistent basis you are saying you were charged. Please don't hesitate to call or stop by the office if you would like us to look further into this. Thank you.

February 6, 2018I have lived at Timber Glen Apartments for almost 6 yrs. Ive lived in a 3 bedroom and then a 2 bedroom apartment and am very pleased to be here.. In both apartments I've had excellent response time for any maintenance requests even on weekends. The staff is friendly,proffesional,and helpful. All dealings with the staff are personalized and my residency is important and appreciated. Any type of shopping or casual dining is available within minutes. One of the things that I like best is the ...wooded seclusion set back from the highway that the apartment complex affords. In both apartments my sliding glass door faces the woods and when I sit on my balcony it is very peaceful. I feel like I am living in my own home. The other occupants of the building are courteous and neighborly while never invasive.I see no reason that would prompt me to leave this community as I have been very satisfied living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
