  • Regular weed smoking in open despite being drugfree property

    Property was awesome 3.5 years ago, but with new management come different people with different lip service. I would not recommend this property like I would have years ago. The management calls non tenant to get the scoop on lease holders. Not sure if it ethical or professional but we will see. Over 50 complaints by myself of neighbors smoking pot/weed in breezeway and not addressed properly. Managerment plays both sides of fence in my case from my experience and opinion. Not the place to ...

    I am living in complex where owner refuse to replace cabinets dishwasher is old and place is ran down and residents don't follow rules and staff don't enforce rules and another I don't like is that the maintenance team is terrible and I have live at least 5 apartments in complex and my thing is if you have been getting money to remodle aptmarents why not replace cabinets and your tile on floors its terrible and my concern is no one come care and why must we suffer I just wish that apartment ...
