Great First Apartment!
July 3, 2020Moved out to Madison for a job, and had to find an apartment quickly. John and Katie at Timberlake Village Apts. did a wonderful job helping my family and I get the lease signed in a matter of days. You can certainly find more space for the money, but this is a solid and safe choice.Review from Apartments.com
Fantastic Staff and Apartments
March 23, 2020I loved how conveniently located the Timberlake Village apartments were. Close to Walmart, several grocery stores, the West Towne Mall, and the beltline highway, it's very easy to get too and from anywhere in Madison within 10-25 minutes. I lived in 2 different apartments here across 7 years. The apartments are spacious and great quality. We purchased the upgrade in both apartments I lived in which included bedroom ceiling fans, new appliances, new countertops, cabinets, and other improvements. ...The staff are phenomenal and very helpful. They are very personable and will go great lengths to ensure we were satisfied. The gym and clubhouse are 2 other conveniences at Timberlake offers. Great Apartments and Management
February 18, 2020I have lived at Timber Lake Village for around 2 years now. The apartments are clean and well equipped with newly renovated appliances. The complexes are quiet and neighbors are friendly. This is situated nicely on the west side of Madison and is close to any type of shopping you may need to do. My employment situation changed and I had to relocate, but my experience throughout my tenancy has been very positive. John and Kate in the office are great and promptly respond to any concerns or ...maintenance requests. Fair
May 28, 2019Living at Timberlake Trl is pretty good. Well kept and very communicative management. They do work hard to kept the complex looking nice as well as having monrlt events for resisdents. However I have never been at a place that enters your apartment so often. I had to take numerous days off to be home or work from home when my apartment was being entered (I am not comfortable letting strangers into my home unsupervised, regardless of who it is). In the past few months its been like every other ...week and were not per my request. Seriously annoying so if you value privacy in your own home this place is not for you. On another note the prices are high for the area and you will pay a lot for electric with only a single wall unit to heat/ cool your apartment. Too good Apartments
March 26, 2019I have been living here for an year. During the entire year I have never faced any kind of issues. The Maintenance, Community house space, Pet friendly apartments, Managers who takes care of tenants as their family members, Monthly events, Everything is great. Great Community
March 16, 2018Timberlake is a wonderful place to live. I've lived here on two separate occasions over the last few years. I love the monthly events held for residents. Great way to meet and get to know your neighbors. Maintenance is friendly and knowledgeable. They are as responsive as they can be with the staff on hand. Whenever they are taking care of a maintenance issues, they always clean up after themselves. The property management team is awesome! I constantly reserve the clubhouse for private events ...and they are quick to reply to my requests. The clubhouse space is great for entertaining and free of charge to their residents. That's just one of many great perks living here. There's also an amazing outdoor pool used during the summer months plus an indoor hot tub available all year round. Okay apartments
August 16, 2015It's a good community for pet parents, but it's a little high prices for the amount of space your getting. parking is very limited and not a huge amount of space for the dogs to run around. the staff is very nice and helpful, but it is right next to a highway so if you want it quiet and your windows open, good luck.
