April 1, 2021Faucets were falling off the first day we moved in. Every closet door is falls off if you try to move it, Huge pile of brown sludge on kitchen floor, railings are not attached on our 3rd floor balcony and can fall off with a large breeze. Railings up the stairs in the hallway are not attached, the carpet was nasty, black mold all over around under and in the sliding door. It's just an absolutely disgusting place and they never empty the trash and recycling so it blows all over the parking lot and ...the grounds. The playground is extremely run down and broken.
