Smoke smell and noise
May 5, 2025The apartment is being advertised as smoke-free but its not smoke free at all. It even says in the lease that they cannot guarantee a smoke-free environment. Cigarette butts are everywhere. I dont smoke but I dont know how my apartment smell like smoke sometimes. The apartment is great if you have pets since they have no breed restrictions. However, if you stay in the first floor you will hear everything! Every step, every floor creak, noises the dogs make, the vacuum when they are cleaning ...even conversations of your top floor neighbor.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Place to live
June 21, 2021I have been here 6 yrs and love it !!! Staff is amazing always willing to work with everyone and fix anything fast … The grounds are beautiful just to walk around nice area for dogs … Area too cook out with grills plus very nice playground, fenced in area for basketball and tennis … Pool ,Laundry room on site which is great !!! New machines put in 2 yrs ago i believe … Maintenance guys are GREAT !!! No matter the time day or night they come running to fix anything and get it right the first time ...… The apts are very nice spacious some have 1 1/2 baths or 2 full bathrooms which works great for bigger families… I know when lots of people out of work during pandemic they worked with anyone needing help so they wouldn't lose their apts … If you are looking for a nice quite and clean plus a friendly family area this is it !!! Nice & quiet community
June 21, 2021I have lived here for three years. Community is a mile or so away from town but is very quiet. Lots of green areas to have picnics, walk my dog, or go jogging. Plenty of parking. No permit required. The people who work here are very nice, helpful, and care about the community. I highly recommend Timberline.Review from Apartments.com

May 29, 2020This apartment was absolutely filthy. I had to go out of my way to pay money for a separate carpet cleaner. This was so nasty that I did not feel safe leaving my suitcases on the carpet. The smell was absolutely repulsive. The paint job is terrible, air filter not installed correctly, while 5 dirty air filters remain in the closet. Maintenance barges in unannounced whenever they want, the first time they did it they broke my door latch completely off. The office employees are incredibly rude and ...unprofessional. I brought the issue and all my issues to them and they just blamed it on venders. They did absolutely nothing to fix anything. I would be better off going to lows and getting some wood and building a box to sleep in. However here I am trapped in a yearly lease. Do not live hereProperty Manager Responded
October 31, 2020I am sorry that you are having a bad experience at the community. We have worked really hard on making this a better place to live. Most recently we have been offering renovated units to anyone that moves into the community. We are open Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM and we have not heard about your issues until we read this review. We would like to help you and not have you feel trapped. We did experience some set backs this summer due to Covid, but we have bounced back quickly and ready to tackle any customer service issue brought to our attention. Trust me that the new team that we are putting together at the community will deliver outstanding service, but we can't help you if you won't come forward and come to the office to discuss your issues. Thank you for your feedback and help us to to help you. Thank you again.
