    It’s not a bad apartment but it’s not great either. I do see roaches every night in the kitchen. They have came to spray 3 times but it doesn’t seem to help. You also have to request them to come and spray even though there’s a pest fee included in rent. We are not nasty people as I make sure the kitchen is spotless before I go to bed every night. No dishes and swept and mopped. Still every night I come check in the middle of the night when there has been no movement and there is atleast one baby ...
    roach just chilling in the middle of the floor. Also a few months ago they had some sewer problem and my whole apartment was flooded with sewer water for about 2 days. Ruined every single towel we had, big and small, all of our area rugs, and anything that was on the floor in our closet. We do have small children so it was definitely a health hazard. A portapotty smell lingered for about a week even with candles lit. The water/repair costs were added to our bill from them and still not removed. Even with this being said they’re decent.

    You will have no AC in the summer, they’ll fix it around end of September when u don’t need it. They going up on rent to try to move the people out to renovate the apartments and charge a higher rent value, everything breaks, smells like dog poop and every where. AND VERY VERYYYY UNPROFESSIONAL

    Unfortunately, I can't give this place a 0. Find anywhere but here. Staff doesn't care. I've lived here for almost 9 months and have nothing good to say. My husband and I got a "renovated" apartment, yet they didn't even bother to hook up our dishwasher. Halfway through the summer, our air conditioning stopped working properly and it would get between 80-85 degrees throughout the day, and when we put in a maintenance request, it took them over a week to come look at it. When it still didn't work, ...
    we put in another one and no one came back. They don't keep up with the grass in the dog park and will let it grow making it hard for my 6 pound dog to even walk around. For almost two weeks now, there's been sewage coming up from the drains outside, which many people have called about. Living on the second floor, we are forced to try to hop over all of it multiple times a day. It smells and it's starting to cover a lot of where we can step. The sewage water has started soaking the grass around our building, even starting to saturate part of the dog park. When calling the office to see when the problem will get fixed, their rude and just tell you they don't know and they need to talk to the managers and maintenance, but are no help to the next people that call. Thankful our lease is almost over.

    I would recommend Mccain Park Apartments to anyone they now have new management and Mr kitchen the new manager is very understanding he is always available and ready to answer phone and any questions.     My husband and I have lived there for a year and we just renewed our contract. The Staff is amazing. Our building is located close to McCain Mall.....just a parking lot away. Super close to shopping and great restaurants. Only minutes away from Little Rock. Our building is quiet and our neighbors are friendly.

    I live in a 1 bedroom apartment at McCain Park Apartments. It is newly renovated in the kitchen and bathroom. The grounds are nice and the management here is amazing! This is a very peaceful complex located in a very convenient part of the city!

    My fiance and I love the location to McCain Park Apartments. We are close to everything we need. Store, food, mall and 5 minutes from work, the water bill is also included in your rent. Tons of hotels nearby as well. The only issue we have had since we moved in, is their lack of maintenance both inside and outside the apartment. However when we address them, we get excuses, constantly on why it hasn't been repaired. We would recommend them if you are choosing based on location, otherwise ...

    This is perfect place to stay, especially if you enjoy the mall and want a quick walk there. A lot of space with walk in closets allowing you to practically fit a bed in there and some. Staffs are helpful with a very decent maintenance crew. Good workout area, along with a pool area with grill for family summer fun. It's the place to be.
