Not Luxury
October 24, 2025This place has poor management and they don't resolve any issues just lie about it and claim they did. I would not have come here if I wasn't on such a short time limit to find a place. Trust me it is not worth it, ask for more time, or just simply look somewhere else. It is run-down, infested, and uninhabitable to any respecting adult, let alone bringing a child into this environment. Drug dealers on the corner yet they have a daycare next door. Not Luxury
October 31, 2022Ok when I first moved in here I was super excited and had a great experience in the beginning until I received my electric bill which was super expensive because everything is ran on electric. Heaters suck in the winter time. Maintenance of the bldg. is poorly managed leaving ppl to smell funk from filthy carpets on every floor. Packages are stolen or misdelivered. Hard water beware. There are only 2 Laundry rooms. Overall too many city Apts being rented out so ur neighbor could be someone who ...just got out of jail or physch ward. Mice n roaches live for free.Property Manager Responded

Our TEAM works around the clock to ensure safety, cleanliness and LUXURY for ALL the tenants, as well as the community as a WHOLE.
