STAY AWAY - I AM HOMELESS DUE TO THIS PLACE
December 9, 2022STAY AWAY!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I am HOMELESS because the management at this place is unprofessional. Originally I was accepted and signed my lease on September 8 2022, scheduled to move in at the end of the month. They called me the day of move-in at 9 AM to notify me that the "cabinets are on backorder." I thought it was unprofessional that they called me the DAY OF move in... but I decided to give them a second chance since they offered me a discount on the first month of rent and ..."have many renovations going on". They switched their move in policy to only the 1st and 15th of the month (another weird thing?) so I was set to move in Nov 1. This time I called the morning of my move-in and DANIEL confirmed that my apartment was ready for move in after 4pm (which was never mentioned and their office closes at 5 PM so I thought it was VERY odd to have me come that late in the day). Then I receive a call at 1 PM from Daniel that the carpet is now "backordered". This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable and how am I treated by DANIEL? He decided it was a good idea to be rude and snarky with me then say, "I've been homeless before so I understand" and made promises of helping resolve the issue... Meanwhile, he & Topaz Village were actively ignoring my texts and phone calls so I had to use my sister's phone to get in touch with them. They never resolved anything and I am still waiting to receive my security deposit back after 22 days when they said I would have it in 15.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
