November 23, 2025The manager and head of maintenance are incredibly caring, attentive, and truly attuned to our wellbeing. The apartments have been beautifully renovated, with upgraded kitchens and bathrooms, and the addition of thermostats in most rooms is such a treat. Closets are wonderfully spacious, and the covered garage with private floor access feels like a blessing on rainy days. The elevators have their charms, but the stairs are always an option. What makes this place shine is the community—neighbors ...are kind, and it truly feels like home. The pool is lovely, and the community room and activities led by management are amazingly sweet. I especially cherish my almost daily chats with the manager, and the lighthearted teasing from Bryan, her right hand...the front and court yards are beautifully maintained and unique for the area. The garbage pick-up right at your door is unique, and I appreciate that they compost and recycle. I would love in the garage, but I can't see how an EV charger (even at our own cost) for our EV cars...and perhaps less carpet in my unit—but the carpet does make it wonderfully soundproof. My side apartment is quiet, the views are incredible, and the deck is so spacious. Wonderful dog friendly place
September 3, 2025We absolutely love living here. It is a fantastic location with great amenities. We love using the pool and the gym is great! Despite having kids and a dog, the apartment felt spacious. Because of the great layout and loads of storage, we never feel crowded. Best Apartment Experience
June 11, 2025Our stay at the Towers Apartment has been the BEST apartment experience ever! If we have the opportunity to be back in the San Francisco/Oakland area in the future, Towers will certainly be our top choice. Samantha is the STAR. She and Brian take great care of the property and the residents. Before we move in from relocation, making all the arrangements remotely was much easier with Samantha's help and guidance. During our stay, the clean and well-maintained property, the helpful update and ...communication, the timely response to service request, and the goodies for special occasions are just some of the delightful things offered by Towers Apartment. Additionally, steps away from the shore/beach together with adjacent to an outdoor mall with shops and restaurants are big bonuses. We feel safe, relax, convenient during our enjoyable stay. Fabulous apartment community by the bay
April 4, 2025Tower Apartments in Alameda is not only a fantastic find, for the attractive apartments, the views of the bay, the access to the outdoors and Alameda's sites, but it's also a wonderfully managed apartment community. Samantha Forney, the manager, works tirelessly to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each holiday she tastefully decorates the lobby, and she regularly hosts community events to bring residents together. Moreover, she's supportive of residents' needs and incredibly friendly. ...Brian Hardiman, the head maintenance man, is similarly friendly, community minded and punctual. He's a gem. So Grateful for Tower Apartments and Community
February 20, 2025We moved in last November and everything was so convenient - great location! All I heard from neighbors was how great both Sam (building manager) and Brian (maintenance person) are. Both were so helpful during the move in process, being available to help me with my many packages or any large furniture setup within the apartment. I love the layout and the comfortable space this apartment provides me, along with having covered garage parking, valet trash right outside your door, convenient laundry ...machines, courteous and kind neighbors. Fantastic property with great management team
February 12, 2025In the 6 months myself and my partner have resided at Tower, it has been a dream come true. Not only is the property itself very well maintained and spacious with a responsive management and maintenance team (shoutout to Sam and Brian!), but it’s in a beautiful and safe area. The views are great, the community is very friendly and although there is always room for more community events, the neighbours are very warm and welcoming and happy to be here. Having had a couple horrid leasing ...experiences prior, Tower/Sequoia has been lovely and understanding. A couple times we’ve had some exigent circumstances come up, and the leasing team is willing to work with you especially if you communicate to them. Pool is only heated half the year, which is one thing to consider, but there is a 24/7 secured and locked gym downstairs that has just what you need to stay fit (and then some). Valet trash is no cost added, mail theft is nonexistent, and cars are very safe and secure in the garage. I can’t say enough good things about living at Tower.Property Manager Responded
