Not happy with what’s going on

I lost my package in the mailroom before even getting a code. I talked to staff and they were not helping me. I lost my packages multiple times now. Not just once, not just twice, but uncountable many times. I want to write this review to warn people about coming here. Towers is one of the worst apartments. With my 4 years of living here, I would say nobody is really helpful. My dishwasher is still broken in these 4 years. My ceiling is still leaking water after multiple repairs. Please run away ...

It’s way too overpriced for what it is worth

The kitchen is small with no room to prepare a meal. The bathroom drawers get stuck on their sliders. The air conditioning doesn’t work in one of the rooms in a double that I live in. The place was in a good location and had a washer and dryer in the unit. The rent continues to get higher for a mediocre place. Not worth the money!

Towers on State is placed in the center of campus. It is in walking distance to all my classes and only seconds away from every store on state street. The amenities in the buildings are great and everyone who works there is helpful and nice. Highly recommend!!
